Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Items must also have any original tags and packaging.

LIMITED DROPS

Flatrock Brand releases products in limited drops. Because of this, exchanges for different sizes or colors may not always be available.

If an exchange cannot be completed due to inventory limitations, a refund will be issued instead.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

-Your order number

-Photos of the item

-A brief description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

-Worn or used products

-Items marked Final Sale

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
